All shipments are made to the address you list at checkout. My shop is not liable for incorrect addresses, even if you message or email me after you checkout. This is because we do not always receive the message prior to shipping your order. If there is something wrong with your order such as you received the wrong item or an item arrived damage or simply , please email us within seven (7) days. We may ask for a photograph to confirm the issue. We may also need a photograph of any damaged items/packaging for records , so please hold onto your packaging until after you speak with us. please fill out return form as well

To return an item, please email me at lenabeansshop@gmail.com to receive authorization And receive return address information. You will not be refunded for shipping cost return shipping cost. We strongly suggest we use a trackable return method.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the items we will process your return within seven (7) days and issue store credit via e gift card. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

What if I never received my item?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier (ex. UPS, USPS, FedEx, Ect.). We will provide you with the address , shipping carrier information, tracking information and date of delivery to assist you with your claim investigation. You shall receive compensation for your lost/stolen package through the shipping carrier.
